Five Hotel Osaka

the breakfast and facilities were a hit with our children, making mornings enjoyable for the whole family. the concierge, especially mr shudarshan, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, which really made our experience special. the hotel itself was quite clean, featuring a spacious room with a soft bed. we also appreciated the convenient laundry facilities and luggage scale in the lobby.

No major complaints, just minor issues 😅.
